Charles C. Allen, FACIP

Mr. Allen joined The Livas Group Architects, P.C. in 1991, bringing his expertise in urban planning services to the firm. As a member of The Livas Group, Mr. Allen has provided planning services in the development of master facility campus plans for Hampton University, Virginia State University, Saint Paul's College and Saint Augustine's College. Mr. Allen's professional skills serve the firm in its many projects with churches, developers and community groups.
